KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FROM PREVIOUS WORK:
• Completed the "Fundamental Principles for Writing Policies and Procedures" training hosted by the University of the West Indies - Mona in November 2023
• Prepared written and oral reports for academic and lay communities to present research findings for awareness and future program planning
• Drafted and proposed comprehensive tobacco-free campus policies for two Arkansas-based Historically Black Colleges and Universities
• Reviewed and revised mental health policies to enhance advocacy
• Co-designed COVID-19 protocols to mitigate community spread at 50+ community, health facility, and school water distribution points
• Co-wrote Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Standard Operating Procedures (with COVID-19 protocols) to formalize safe water production and distribution processes to support the Grand Bahama Utility Company
• Co-authored the Disaster Management Policy and Disaster Response Plan, integrating epidemic considerations
• Co-wrote The Bahamas' draft National Antimicrobial Resistance Action Plan
